While everything in here is delicious, we especially recommend the tocino de cielo (a traditional dessert of Southern Spain, similar to a light version of flan or creme caramel.)

Address: Calle Sierpes, 1-3, 41004 Sevilla

A nationally and internationally renowned heladería, La Fiorentina is easily one of the best ice cream shops in the city. It was even featured in the British TV series, Rick Stein’s Spain, which is a pretty ringing endorsement in our books. Don’t just take Rick’s word for it, though – get yourself down to Calle Zaragoza to sample some of the crema de flor de azahar (cream of orange blossom). We promise you, it’s out of this world!

Address: Calle Zaragoza, 16, 41001 Sevilla

If you’d like to get all the insider info on this famous heladería, why not join us on our Tastes, Tapas & Traditions of Seville Food Tour where all will be revealed?

Located across the river in Triana, Zaguán is a fantastic restaurant if you fancy something a bit different. It still serves tapas, but with an Asian fusion twist, and as well as that (yes, there’s more!) they have the most unbelievable carrot cake. We know, it sounds a bit crazy, but just go and you’ll see what we’re talking about.

Address: San Jacinto, 51, 41010 Sevilla

If you really are just too full to fit in a dessert but still feel like something sweet, why not opt for some sherry! This small bar is slightly off the beaten track, tucked away in a quiet corner near Calle San Luis, and is the perfect spot to order some Pedro Ximénez (a sweet, dark dessert sherry.)

Address: Calle Relator, 91, 41003 Sevilla

Aside from the fact that this book-lined cafe is absolutely adorable, they also happen to have possibly the best caramel cake we have ever eaten. The balance of this cake is what makes it so successful – rich and not too sweet, moist but with a bit of crunch in the middle. Too perfect for words!

Address: Alameda de Hércules, 77, 41002 Sevilla

This dulcería is our idea of heaven, one of our favorite pastry shops in Seville! It’s a pretty famous spot for all things dessert-related and does a lot of catering for many places all over the city. They offer a pretty classic selection of desserts but presented in a sleek, modern fashion in a gorgeous array of pastel colors and dusted with sugar. Bliss!

Address: Calle Pureza, 5, 41010 Sevilla

Confitería La Campana
